If you are looking for a relaxing, chilled out holiday or looking for a base in which to explore the Costa Del Sol, then this apartment, situated on the Hacienda Del Sol Urbanization, bewtween the towns of Estepona and San Pedro de Alcantara will match all your requirements. The urbanization is situated next to the beach and a 3 minute walk will take you to there, where you will find a couple of delightful chrinquito (beach bar) restaurants where you can enjoy a relaxing drink or sample the varied food that is on offer. On the urbanization itself, there are a number of swimming pools, all kept to the highest standard supplied with ample sunloungers for you and the kids to enjoy the Spanish Sun. If you fancy something more energetic, then there are access to paddle courts and tennis courts, as well as the urbanization gymnasium which is free. Hacienda Del Sol is located a 10 minute drive to the charming town of Estepona, which, over the years has grown from a little fishing village, however still holds that sleepy Spanish feeling. The El Cristo and La Rada beaches are a must visit , each with a number of chrinquitos located along the beachline. A 10 minute drive in the opposite direction on the coast will take you into Puerto Banus, the millionaires playground with the breathtaking yachts and fancy shops bars and restaurants..Stroll along the marina front, go shopping in one of the many shops there or relax in one of the frontline cafes and wacth the world go by, the choice is yours. A further five minute drive you will find Marbella , which is even more impressive for that bit of retail therapy. Alternatively, take a walk around the "Old Town" and take in a traditional Paella in the famous Old Orange Square. With its location, the apartment is situated within an hours drive of all the attractions the coast has to offer, whether its one of the water parks in Fuengirola (40 mins) or Torremolinos (45 mins) or down to the duty free shopping of Gibraltar (45 mins), you can be sure that you can get the most out of your holiday. The apartment is situated a 10 to 15 minute walk to a number of banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants meaning that, although we recommend having a car, it is not essential.
APARTMENT FACILITIES
The apartment has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and is decorated to the highest standard. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom complete with bath and separate walk in shower and looks down onto on of the many swimmin pools on Hacienda Del Sol. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and has access to the 2nd bathroom with bath and shower. There is also extra wardrobe space situsted in the hallway. The lounge is spacious and has 2 sofas, a table seating 6 and has access onto the main terrace through sliding doors. There is a hi-fi and flatscreen tv complete with SKY+ and access to all the channels bringing that bit of home with you. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the appliances you would find in your own home. There is also a small table and chairs in the kitchen. The terrace has a table seating 6 chairs on it and is south facing benefitting from most of the day sun. The terrace also overlooks one of the swimming pools on the urbanization.
