With Gibraltar, Fuengirola, Benamadena and all the white washed villages within an hours drive of the apartment you cannot fail to fill your holiday with an assortment of activities.
For the sporty types, El Presidente also has its own tennis courts which are free to use however a deposit is needed to secure a key.
APARTMENT FACILITIES
The apartment has 3 bedrooms , all of impressive size. Two of the bedrooms have double beds in them, the third having 2 single beds. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom complete with bath and shower.
The lounge is furnished to a very high standard and has an L shaped leather sofa a table and chairs, a flat screen TV with satelitte, CD and DVD Player plus a large coffee table.
The lounge leads to a covered terrace area and small garden which has a table and 6 chairs, ideal for sitting out and relaxing with that glass of sangria or lunchtime snack.
The kitchen is new and has all the mod cons you would find in your own home, all in stainless steel.
The apartment has been kept wonderfully well and has new PVC windows and shutters too for added shade.
