The apartment overlooks the heated pool which is one of the 5 swimming pools that you will find on the complex, This gives the apartment setting for all year round enjoyment as this pool is heated throughout October to May. You will also find that the "main pool" something of a focal point on El Presidente,is only a 2 minute walk away.
The area of Benavista with local shops, bars and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away and can supply the basic necessities that you will demand on your holiday.
El Presidente is only a 15 minute drive from the towns of Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella giving you the choice of , not only fantastic beaches but a wide varied choice of restaurants and nightlife.
The apartment is very spacious and has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and terrace doors which open out giving a view over the pool. The ensuite bathroom has a bath, shower basin and bidet.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and also has fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom is not ensuite however is a not to similar size to the ensuite.
The kitchen is large and has all the mod cons you will need for your own home let alone a rental apartment.
The lounge is spacious and has 2 sofas a tv, DVD CD Player and large terrace doors opening out onto a reasoable sized terrace which overlooks the heated pool.
