The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds and again bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom is a similar size to the ensuite and includes the same facilities.
The kitchen is again spacious and has all the appliances you would associate with a luxury apartment.
The terrace is very large and has a table and 6 chairs for those evening bbqs or late afternoon drinks and gives partial views of 2 of the swimming pools on Elpresident as well as the water corse that runs through the middle of the urbanization.
The urbanization is situated no more than 15 minutes from the towns of Cancelada, Benahavis, San Pedro, Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona giving you a wide choice of sights, sounds, restaurants and beaches to explore on your stay here.
