This charming 3 bedroom 1st floor apartment, furnished to the highest of standards is situated on the ever-popular Costalita Urbanization, Estepona, Costa Del Sol. The apartment is South Facing, and therefore benefits from sunshine for a large part of the day. Costalita is situated on the beach side of the main Carretera, the A-7 running the length of the Costa Del Sol, and therefore is a short couple of minute walk away. There you will find a number of chrinquito or beach bars, serving drinks and snacks on the beach giving views of the Mediterranean stretching as far down to Gibraltar and on clear days even North Africa.
Costalita is situated a 10 minute drive to the town of Estepona, 15 minutes to Marbella and no more than an hour to most of the attractions that the Costa Del Sol has to offer. Whether if be for the kids and the water parks in Fuengirola or Torremolinos (45 minutes away) or the Duty Free shopping and Rock Tours down at Gibraltar. A 5 minute drive will take you to the Selwo Wildlife Park where you can ride the safari trucks and get up close and personal with the animals.
If you are the sporty type, then this apartment is an ideal base for you to explore. Whether you are a keen golfer choosing from many of the magnificent courses in the area, to watersports and the famous windsurfing down at Tarfia (1 hour).
However, if your idea of a holiday is lazing by the pool or strolling down to the beach, then we can offer you this too. Ample sunbeds are provided around the spacious swimming pool allowing you the luxury to relax by the pool, while the kids play. in or around the gardens by the pool.
The town of Cancelada is a 3 minute drive away and boasts many of the finest restaurants in the area. The complex of Bena-vista , again is onoy a 10 minute drive away hosting a great mix of restaurants to choose from, plus a few bars for you to sit and relax in.
Fancy something a little more thriving? then why not take a trip to Puerto Banus, with its famous harbour with the millionaires yachts moored there. The harbour boasts many different bars and restaurants and for those night owls, the night clubs keep going until 7 in the morning.

APARTMENT FACILITIES
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and looks out onto the gardens leading down to the swimming pool. It also has an ensuite bathroom, complete with shower, bath and basin.
Bedroom 2 also has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. This bedroom leads out onto a small terrace. The bedroom has access to another bathroom opposite complete with a walk in shower. The 3rd Bedroom has 2 single beds in there and again has fitted wardrobes. Thios bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom complete with bath shower and basin.
The lounge is spacious and has 3 sofas, a TV complete with Satelitte tv, DVD Player. There is a table in a dining area, seating 6 chairs.
The lounge leads out onto a large terrace which has a large round table and chairs and also a wrought iron seating area with a small sofa and 2 chairs affroding views down to the swimming pool.
The kitchen in the apartment has all the appliances needed to make your holiday as easy and comfortable as being at home. There is a seaprate laundry room too.
