This impressive townhouse, set on the popular Costalita urbanization, a secure, exclusive, gated community, is set on 3 floors. All rooms are very spacious and furnished to a high standard. Only a 100 metre walk to the beach, the Townhouse is ldeal for that relaxing beach holiday that you are looking for.
Set on the beach , you will find the delightful chrinquitos or beach bars named La Antigua and Pepe's. Here you can sit and enjoy the views of the Meditterannean whilst having a bite to eat or that little afternoon, evening drink.
There are a number of high class and quality restaurants all within a 5 minute drive of the townhouse. The Spanish village of Cancelada is home to a number of very popular restaurants including Casa Miguel, El Carnicero and La Posada. These can be reached too by a gentle 15 minute stroll. The towns of San Pedro and Estepona are also easily reached within 10 minutes. Similarly, on the same side of the road and also within a 15 minute walk you will find the Benavista area, which is home to a wide, varied number of restaurants including Chinese, Italian, Thai, Lebanese and your traditional Spanish in the Steak N Rib Shak.
For those with children or more adventurous, the townhouse is the perfect base in which to explore what the coast has to offer. Situated roughly in the middle of Malaga and Gibraltar, you are no more than an hours drive from any place of interest on the coast.
For the kids, theres Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Marina(Dolphins,Sea Lions) and Sea Life Centre (Benalmadena)plus the 2 water parks, one in Torremolinos and the other in Fuengirola. Selwo Wildlife Park is a 5 minute drive from the Townhouse on the road to Estepona. Experience wild animals up close and take the safari bus for an edge of your seat ride. Theres also a number of dolphin trips organized from around the bay of Gibraltar.
For the sporty types, there a number of activities to keep you active. Set on the coast are a number of high class courses, again all within a 45 minute drive of the apartment. See our Golf Course page for more info.
The benavista bowling club is a 10 minute drive away , which also has a fully licensed bar and serves some great value food. Water Sports are arranged all up[ and down the coast. If you are a fan of windsurfing or kite surfing, then a trip down to Tarifa is a must with its golden sandy beaches and fairly constant breeze.
APARTMENT FACILITIES
The 3 Bedroom apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has number of benefits. The lounge, dining area and bedrooms all have wood laminate flooring.
The living area and dining area consists of a table and 8 chairs, 2 sofas, an open fireplace, a 34" flat screen tv with satelitte tv, a DVD Player and library of DVDs. The lounge area leads out onto a private garden and terrace. There are a table and chaors on the outside terrace, along with sofas to sit 6, which overlook the community gardens and swimming pool.There is also a gas BBQ provided for those ealry evening summer Barbecues.
The kitchen has all Siemens appliances and has all the mod cons you would expect in your own home. Off the kitchen is a utility room which houses the washing Machine and tumble dryer.
The 2 first floor bedrooms are both very large and have 2 single beds in. Each bedroom has its own terrace area, one of them overlooking the swimming pool. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with under-floor heating, bidets, showers and jacuzzi baths.
The Master Bedroom , on the top floor, is again very spacious and has a very large terrace which again, looks down onto the swimming pool. There is a walk in wardrobe with plenty of space for clothes and shoes etc. The en-suite bathroom had under floor heating , a walk in shower, a jacuzzi bath with shower and bidet.
Downstairs, there is a guest toilet and basin. There is also staris leading down into the enormous garage area, accessed from the outside by remote control and capabl;e of housing the largest of rental car.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout.
