Being located next to the popular Benavista Centre, you have a varied choice of restaurants and bars on your doorstep, plus supermarkets, banks, butchers and a chemist meaning all the essentials are within a 5 minute walk of the apartment.
The beach is a 5 minute walk over the footbridge, however travel 10 to 15 minutes down the coast into Estepona and you will find the Blue Flag Beaches of El Crysto and La Rada, both lined with the Spanish styled Chrinqitos, beach bars, serving paellas tapa and a wide selection of drinks.

The terrace is very large and leads down onto the swimming pool. There are a table and 4 chairs provided plus sunbeds on the terrace too.
