This large 3 bedroom ground floor apartment is situated on the Pelikan Park Urbanization between the 2 coastal towns of San Pedro de Alcantara and Estepona. The apartment can adequately cater for 8 people and is therefore ideal for large families and groups of friends or golfers.

The apartment is a short 2 minute walk to the popular Benavista Commercial Center which houses numerous bars, Reastaurants, newsagents and a couple of small supermarkets.
Further a field youll find the Spanish towns of Estepona (10 mins)and San Pedro de Alantara (5 mins) which although set in the heart of the Costa Del Sol, still retain their Spanish feel with the people, shops and general relaxed way of life.
If you fancy a spot of the high-life then a 15 minute drive will take you into Puerto Banus and then Marbella where you can witness some of the glorious boats that are moored in the harbour, whilst sat at one of the many port side cafes, bars and restaurants.
Other famous Spainsh towns on the coast like Fuengirola and Torremolinos are only a 40 minute drive away whilst travelling in a westelry direction down the coast will take you to Gibraltar and all the history and duty free that on offer there.

The apartment has been recently upgraded and can boast a brand new kitchen as well as 2 brand new bathrooms.
The kitchen has all the mod cons that you would find in your own kitchen plus with an American style fridge and all silver appliances.
The l;ounge can boast a large 6 seater table and chairs, along with a sofa and two chairs. There is a tv which has the communal tv system including the 5 main terrestrial chaneels as well as sky sports and Movies channels. There is also a tv-DVD combi player and CD player here too meaning that theres always something that can be done both inside and outside.
The main bedroom has a double bed, ample wardropbe space and also has terrace doors leading out into the private garden. It also has a brand new en-suite bathroom with shower and basin. Bedroom two has a small double bed as well as bedside tables and again ample wardrobe space.
Bedroom 3 is the biggest bedroom and has 2 double beds and a single bed.
The terrace has been newly laid and has table and chairs and also an outside fridge, to keep those drinks that extra bit cold on those long summer days. Sunloungers are also provided.
