If you own a holiday apartment and are constantly concerned for its condition when you are at home or when the apartment is vacant, then our management package could be for you. For only 35 Euros a month, we will perform a weekly check on the apartment, (important after spells of rain) to see if all is in order and check there is no problems. Included in this fee is the key holding, the watering of any plants and also to make sure that the water and electric are turned on due to any arrival.
We can also provide a number of other services to make your stay in your apartment as hassle free as possible. These include a maid service, weekly linen changes, babysitting and cot and highchair hire.
If you are looking to alter or reform any part of you apartment, we have a number of tradesmen available to us to carry out any works to the highest standard.
